Speaking from experience this organization doesn’t help you get on the right track. They have some extremely aggressive staff, they don’t have much privacy for youth, it’s basically just a hangout for repeat offenders and a place to go after your done partying. & the fact that this is a newer location and they built it right beside the LCBO & beer store how is that supposed to help recovering alcoholics and people that are trying to get on the right track. It’s not a welcoming environment and it deteriorates youth who want to get help and get better from accessing the resources. Do better.

The experiences with a particular staff member have been unsatisfactory. Many concerns have arisen regarding this specific person, yet nothing has been done about the situation and her attitude. She has gotten away with breaking many rules, ridiculing children, treating children terribly, barging into rooms unexpectedly, and so on. It has also been brought to attention that this person is not a professional youth care worker. Her name is Nadia Aziz. Does not even have a LinkedIn page, nor any professional background in this field of work. Very disappointing. Especially of the people who are really in charge and expected to take care of youth individuals.
