We are new patients to this practice and my husband developed an acute problem just before our first appointment at the office. The care and consideration that he received from both Dr. Chhina and her staff was outstanding!! This is an office that really cares about their patients. 😊😊

A very poor experience overall. First of all, my name was entered incorrectly twice during the booking process. Both the text messages and emails I received had my name wrong. I have visited this clinic before, yet they repeatedly asked me whether this was my first time, clearly mixing up my records. On my first visit, I came in for a filling. After the procedure, the tooth became more sensitive and painful when stimulated. On my second visit, I came in for a dental cleaning. The cleaning itself and the cleaning lady were nice and great, but I was only informed after arriving that a cleaning must be done together with a check-up. This requirement was never mentioned at the time of booking. During the check-up, I was told I needed to bring my night guard. I do already have one, although I don’t wear it very regularly. Instead of explaining why wearing it consistently was important, the dentist immediately started pushing me to order a new night guard on the spot. At checkout, I could hear the dentist and the front desk staff going back and forth, saying things like they needed to “get her to do the impression today.” I was then asked to pay for the cleaning, check-up, and the impression, even though no one had properly discussed with me whether I had time to do the impression that day. They also used an exaggerated tone to emphasize how much of a “discount” I was supposedly receiving. Overall, the entire experience felt very pushy, poorly communicated, and unprofessional.

I had a good experience while at this clinic. However, I was told during a check-up that I had at least three cavities. When I went back home, I got x-rays and a check-up by my regular dentsit. Both my dentists and the dental hygienist said my teeth were perfect, and there were no cavities. I was overall previously happy with my care, but very concerned that cavities came out of thin air to pad billings.

I had such a great experience at this dental office! Dr Chhina was incredibly kind, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly before proceeding with any treatment, which made me feel really comfortable and informed. The whole team was welcoming and professional. They also have amazing availability—including weekends—which makes scheduling so much easier. Highly recommend!

I had a crown put in today. It was the second of two visits. I was very happy with the service I received from Doctor Chhina and her assistants. They were professional and gentle with me as i am quite sensitive to dental procedures. I would recommend this dental team for your dentistry needs.
