  My daughter had an amazing experience under the care of her teachers at A&A Childcare Centre. Quality care by an attentive team: Her infant classroom teachers, Marta, Anu, and Ruth, not only helped her grow, both physically and mentally, but they also helped us grow as parents, by working with me and my husband to help my daughter meet her milestones and overcome challenges. Even though my daughter had special dietary and medical needs, they did a great job accommodating her and implementing our requests. With their help, she learned how to walk, speak a number of words, eat at the table, and socialize with other babies. The other teachers, including Rebecca, Cita, Tammy, Adriana, and Sujantha (and many others), also took care of my daughter in the early mornings and know us by name. They are incredibly professional and friendly. Excellent classroom management: I saw how all the teachers treated all the children with patience, love, and care. When I was dropping off and picking up my daughter, I saw how they worked together as a team to deal with different circumstances in the classroom. For example, when some children were upset (I believe that crying to express a need is normal at this age), I saw the teachers prioritize giving their attention to certain children for a few moments at a time to help maintain a positive classroom environment, all the while, maintaining a calm and friendly composure. They're very experienced. Some have even been teaching for close to 30 years! Responsive communication: The entire daycare team was responsive to my calls, messages on the app, and emails. Bindi (director) and Angela were always available to address our administrative and payment questions too. Whenever my baby was found to have a fever at school (it happens), Bindi called me, greeted me nicely, and provided me clear instructions on what to do next. They make it easy for working parents to balance work with childcare. Overall, I highly recommend A&A for childcare! I really appreciated everything they have done for us. Thank you, A&A team!

  Amazing staff with so much heart and caring mindset. It’s wonderful seeing our son get excited about going to daycare here. It was really challenging him as a newcomer during the pandemic restrictions. However, The teachers really make an effort to engage the kids and develop them. The management is really committed to providing a safe, fun, and loving environment and we’re very thankful to Angela, Anna, Heather and the whole team at A & A day care.

  Miki is the amazing teacher in the toddler room. I am so glad my daughter can have Miki as her first toddler teacher. She is very patient, caring, knowledgable and intersting. I can see my daughter become more outgoing, lovely, self independent and enjoyable. My daughter is a bit shy but Miki helped her to make lots of friends. Everyday when I picked up my daugher, she preferred to stay and play instead of going back home. She also kept me updated everyday and let me know things I shoud pay attention to when I picked up my daughter and gave me lots of great suggestions when we have questions. When we plan to relocate and switch to another daycare, Miki is always beside us and supprting us with my daughter's transition and helping us with the challenges we encounter. I cannot thank you more. A&A is definitely a trustworthy daycare to join and the toddler room is full of fun.🤩🥰

  My daughter started in the infant room and moved up to the toddler room and had great experiences in both. Miki, Renee, Mata, Anu, Ruth were very professional and loving to all the kids at the centre. All of the teachers we met were loving and attentive to our daughter which was very important. The detailed weekly schedules included lots of thoughtful and engaging activities for the kids. We also experienced a menu refresh while we were there, showing how they are constantly striving for improvement. The centre is clean ,and all the room have their own lovely name. I always saw teachers cleaning. Would highly recommend people to visit A & A and see for themselves!

  Best Daycare my kid could ever have!!!! If we were not transferring home we will never leave this daycare. As a mother I felt at peace when my kid is here. Never gave my kid a diaper rush. We love A&A! We miss you!
