  I brought my own balloons, purchased from another store, to have them inflated with helium. While the balloon arrangements at the shop looked nice, I was really disappointed with the service. I paid $60 to inflate the balloons – $3 for each regular balloon and $5 for the larger ones with designs. Unfortunately, the balloons didn’t even last a full day before deflating. For that price, I expected much better quality and longer-lasting results. Paying that much just to have my own balloons inflated, only for them to deflate so quickly, was incredibly frustrating. I’m very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this service.

  The owner Lori is super nice and always smiling. I’ve been coming back here every year to get birthday party balloons. The price is so reasonable compared to Party City!

  The Lady is very awesome! I called and visited to make purchases for a gender reveal event I organized. She was very supportive in gathering the materials and one material (confetti) that she didn't have at the shop, she helped me make calls to other businesses that may have it, spoke on the phone with them and directed me to go purchase it there. This act may seem very simple but it was her kindness that mattered to me at the time. I had made numerous calls to businesses asking for that particular type of confetti and was already stressed out, I could not find any. So her act of kindness was a huge relief to me. I will always recommend this business to anyone looking to host any event - baby showers, bridal showers, birthdays, gender reveal, graduation parties, or any kind of party at all. Thank you very much.

  I had mixed experience with this place. I looked around for different prices, and then called into here to get a price check. I called in here and got the lowest quote, so I went with this place, paying more for more balloons. I ended up getting charged an extra 100, and then I called in and was even more disappointed. She told me that those are prices from 5 years ago, and how could prices be that low. It did not seem unreasonable the original amount I was quoted because I saw some other places with prices in that range. I would never expect my customers to know what prices are and blame them for mishearing. I also found it impossible to mishear, because the numbers do not sound alike, and we would have had to both mishear multiple times. If I knew it would have been 100 more, I would have went with the cheaper places I saw. I honestly feel like I was scammed, and then made to sound like I was stupid. I am pretty non confrontational, so I ate the cost, but posting this hear to warn people. I took off another star because the balloons deflated pretty quick. The first photo is from the store, and the second is from a day after the party. Pros are that the balloons got to me in time, and they look cute. I gave her a theme and they did the theme great. She also seemed like a nice person, minus the scammy feeling.

  This is the best store for balloons in the GTA. Even when it’s holiday or late she’ll come in and get the job done. She’s nice, has the experience and will do everything professionally with a smile. Love the store and love her
