Les mots me manquent pour exprimer à quel point l’établissement et tout le personnel est exceptionnel. Un an après leurs départs, mes filles me parlent toujours de leurs éducatrices exceptionnelles et demandent à les revoir souvent. Ici, c’est la tranquillité d’esprit. Un programme remarquable et un accompagnement bienveillant. Des locaux propres et entretenus ainsi qu’un personnel qualifié. Rien à redire. Nous avons eu de belles années et de beaux souvenirs. Un grand merci!

I am shocked by some of the very negative reviews on this establishment. My son has been attending Academie Royale for almost two years now (he began around 6 months). I have never had an issue with the educators or the owners. All conversations have been polite, respectful, and professional. The owners go out of their way to always ensure that the parents are informed of everything that is going on in the daycare. This includes events, changes in administration, parent meetings, and most importantly, any sickness that is going around the daycare. Possible symptoms to look out for and steps parents can take if their child is ill is included in the information that is provided. Furthermore, each and every day, my son's day is summarized to me. I know what he has been doing and how he is doing in terms of his development. Moreover, the Academie works closely with parents who are beginning to potty train their child, willing to help in any way possible. Overall, it is a wonderful, clean, and stimulating place for all ages of children. As an Teacher and educator myself, I wholeheartedly support the Academie's approach of putting the children and their development first. I had visited several daycare's before setting foot in this establishment, and this place certainly takes the cake, so to speak. The only suggestion I could make is that the communication to parents could be done in both french and English. However, I will say that my french reading skills have improved immensely...
