Decided to come here on a Wednesday night & definitely did not disappoint! Very high tech gym-like gaming experience that everyone should experience at least once. You’ll leave this place adding an extra 2500 steps to your counter minimum and each one is soo worth it. Can’t wait to come back!

Cool activity to do, we’ve done it 4 times now. Have done it as a group of adults & with kids 7 & 9. Everyone enjoyed it. Only issue was at times some of the games seem to be glitched.

I honestly have never experienced anything like this. Jennifer shouted at me on the phone just because I asked her to repeat what she said, something completely normal. She then laughed at me as a customer, which was incredibly disrespectful. Jennifer also told me they had no more time for tonight because they were “closing early,” but that simply wasn’t true. I checked online and it clearly showed they still had two more shifts after mine. When I mentioned this, she claimed they were fully booked — even though the system showed each of those shifts still had around 17 open spots. If someone doesn’t like their job, customers shouldn’t be the ones paying for it. Management seriously needs to review Jennifer’s attitude and how customers are being treated. This was easily one of the worst service experiences I’ve had.

Activate Toronto (Eglinton Town Centre) has been a great find for ENJOYABLE PHYSICAL ACTIVITY! Its a great combo of working out, fun and group play. The multiple rooms with various challenges in each of the room give you so much options that you can lose track of time always trying to better yourself or score and not realize how much time passed. Not only is the establishment pretty clean, the environment is very welcoming and easy to navigate around. The locker room & change rooms are spacious and bright. One of the things we are thankful for is customer service at Activate. We do find it a fairly expensive with no cheaper bulk purchase options other than the Houseleague but what makes up for that is looking forward to seeing the staff at the Eglinton location. So far Matt & Mika have been our absolute favourites that we look forward to seeing upon arrival and truly helped encourage us to come back with the way the engaged with us. Despite the price we will be coming back because overall it's such a good feeling being at Activate Toronto Eglinton

Had the best time here with my husband and his team! What a good workout. We redeemed prizes with our points and got fun merch. Highly recommend this location for a good team building event.
