  We’ve had such a wonderful experience with this daycare so far. The facility is brand new, very clean, and well organized. Our kids love the food the serve and are always excited to go each day. They have a huge outdoor area and keep the kids engaged with lots of fun activities. A special shoutout to Jahvae, who greets us with a smile at the door every day. We’re so grateful to have found this daycare!

  It has been a month since my son started at Active Start Daycare and our experience has been wonderful so far. The entire staff is incredibly supportive and welcoming from the receptionist to the teachers and Directors. All of our concerns regarding my son were addressed promptly and with genuine care, which truly reassured us as parents. The facility is clean and well-maintained. We are very happy with our decision and grateful for the excellent care and attention given to our son.

  We love this daycare, but more importantly our son loves it here! He's always smiling at pickup! His educators are amazing, so nice, and give us a little update on his day when we pick him up. The centre has multiple outdoor and indoor places to play. They do little art projects everyday. They also send us updates on meals, diaper changes, naps and some pictures of the stuff they’re doing that day. 10/10 recommend!

  We had such a wonderful experience with our daughter’s very first daycare! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcome and reassured. As parents, it’s never easy leaving your child for the first time, but the team was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding, which really helped put our minds at ease. Our daughter settled in much more smoothly than we expected, and it was clear she was well cared for throughout the day. We loved seeing how attentive the caregivers were and how thoughtfully the environment is set up for little ones to feel safe, comfortable, and engaged. The communication from the staff was also excellent — we really appreciated the updates and knowing how her day went. It meant a lot to us to feel included in her first big milestone. Thank you for making our daughter’s first daycare experience such a positive and comforting one. We’re so grateful to have found a place where she feels happy, safe, and cared for.

  I highly recommend Active Start Child Care. From the very first tour, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The staff took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions patiently, and made us feel confident about choosing this center for our kids. The space was clean, organized, and had a very positive vibe. My kids attend here now, and we’ve had a wonderful experience. Teacher Manpreet is caring, supportive, and truly attentive to the children’s needs. The environment is safe, nurturing, and welcoming. One of the main things I was looking for was reliable pickup and drop-off to their school, and they provide that service, which gives me great peace of mind. I also really appreciate that they keep us posted through the app with regular updates about meals, activities, and attendance. It keeps me informed throughout the day and I’m never worried because I know exactly how my kids are doing. Most importantly, my kids are always excited and happy to go, which says everything about how comfortable and cared for they feel. Overall, it’s been a great experience for our family, and I’m very grateful we chose Active Start Child Care. 😊
