Me and my son visited the place recently and we had such a good experience. Optometrist was really nice and they did really good testing. They had all the latest equipments for testing and really friendly staff. I would recommend this place. For frames - they provided a lot of care and options for me to choose from, they have good collections of frames.

This is my second time seeing Dr Naeem, she’s wonderful! I brought my husband in this time as he hasn’t had an eye exam ever and she was very patient with explaining everything to us and was extremely thorough with both of us. She was very kind and there was great customer service from everyone at this clinic. Highly recommend :)

Did my first visit for annual eye exam in Nov. 2025. Staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. Dr Bligdon was thorough with the examination of my eyes and explained her findings/recommendations in details. I wear sclera lens and went back for a fitting. However cost for the fitting was not presented to me prior to the appt. nor at the beginning.The cost for fitting we was 15 times what I paid previously as well as the lens were double the price for similar lens from the same manufacturer. This presented a huge financial burden. My insurance coverage was not enough to even pay for 1 contact. In addition they offered AfterPay as an option but Merchant fees were being passed on to the customer because to use it I would have to pay 2-3%.which would add another $200-300 on my bill. If you are in the business to help people with eye conditions needing medically necessary contacts why are fees being charged for fitting and the contacts themselves so astronomical??? I find this not in good taste or in the interest of the customer. Unfortunately in the moment I decided to sign the contract and now with buyers remorse I have had to take a financial hit and still have to go and try to find the contact elsewhere. Which is not easy to do because there aren’t many providers in the GTA that does this specific eye care.
