Recently purchased a pair of YSL sunglasses online, they came missing a screw and the retailer was not helpful in rectifying the situation. I had an exam at this place with Dr Singh. Although the optometry has up-to-date equipment, and Dr Singh was thorough with his exam, I found the place quite unwelcoming, and Dr Singh cold, almost unfriendly, distant, unapproachable and almost arrogant. He is very much aware of every minute spent with a visitor, and you have a feeling that he wants you to leave as soon as you possibly can. Another big issue with this optometry is that they want to sell you the most expensive lenses and frames. For that end, the whole exam with Dr Singh was like a preparation for a sale of the most expensive lenses. He was trying to convince me to choose a particular type of lens that would be the most expensive but not necessarily the best option for me. The assistant in the front was quite displeased with me asking to just give me the prescription. I asked for a quick intro to lens pricing to be polite. Honestly, you can find the same options for less than half of the price at some smaller shops in Toronto. Also, the eye exam itself costs 1.5 times more than at a regular optometry store. I would not recommend this place.

Store associate, Sumaya, is the reason behinds the 5 stars. She provides such a phenomenal service to clients. Making them feel very welcoming. She would go the extra mile to help & assist in every aspect. I had a slight issue with one of my glasses which I had purchased last October but she was very welcoming to fix it at no extra cost and with a happy face!! Thank you Sumaya and keep up the great work. I will come back for my next purchase of eye glasses at your location. All the best!
