Tried acro and tumbling with one of my 4 kids. I would not recommend this location. Lots of parents there are very clicky. There is favouritism. I find it interesting the amount of focus on make up kids shouldn’t be taught the importance of make this shows that they need that to be beautiful. Over hearing some of the moms this place is more about live events and charging ALOT of outfits when I say ALOT I mean way more than other studios. Another thing is hair they care about how the hair is but don’t take into account other races that don’t have straight hair. Listening to these parents this place is all about making $$$$ and if you are not in the inner circle you paying a lot. My suggestion to these parents stop living through your child and allow them to be kids and beauty is within not with all that make up and gel on the hair. I have my other kids in other studios to try them out. To anyone trying this place out try other places. Just Google search or drive around the area to see.

My daughter has been dancing here for 7 years now. Started with ballet; as something to just while the summer away and to meet other kids, she now enjoys various dances from hiphop, musical theater, acro, tap, etc. and has developed lasting friendship with other students. AMDA studio has a very welcoming environment and the teachers are very passionate and dedicated in engaging the kids to work on their dances. The studio provides opportunities for the dancers to shine not only during recitals or competitions, but also on other events like Toronto Santa Claus Parade, TKFW, the Nutcracker ballet, etc. and I am glad that my daughter considers this place as her 2nd home.

My daughter has been attending Ana Maria's for the last 3 years and she loves it. We started off with some recreational classes and this year she competed for the first time. Ana maria truly cares about each and everyone of the dancers and treats them all like their her own.
