  ⚠️ Warning to Parents and Volunteers – Avoid Apple Daycare (Owner: Sanaz) My wife, a certified ECEA in BC, was offered a volunteer opportunity at Apple Daycare after multiple interviews. She informed the owner, Sanaz, that she would need to bring our 2-year-old son with her two days a week while we arrange childcare. Sanaz agreed—but the moment our son cried on his first visit, she told my wife to leave within 5 minutes. No empathy, no professionalism. This is not the only red flag. During three separate visits, children were just sat in front of cartoons. Sanaz relies heavily on unpaid volunteers to cover staffing, which is unacceptable and unsafe in a licensed facility. She even admitted she wanted to take 2 months off and have my wife cover. To make it worse, she made inappropriate comments about how other volunteers dressed, blaming them for children being pulled from the daycare. That’s highly unprofessional and disrespectful. Do not send your children here, and I strongly advise future volunteers to stay away. This is not a safe or ethical environment for kids or educators.

  Best daycare my children have ever attended in Surrey. Sanaz and her team are friendly people. The daycare is very neat and well kept. My children love going to daycare every day and also love Sanaz and her team. They're very accommodating as one of my boys is on the spectrum; they understand him and care for all his needs. I'm very grateful to Sanaz and her team.

  I'm extremely pleased with the experience my child has had at this daycare. My child has been attending this daycare for more than six months, and I'm completely satisfied with the service they provide. Sanaz is so friendly, welcoming, and truly caring. The facility is always clean, secure, and well-maintained, with plenty of age-appropriate toys and games. I really love their clean and tidy nap room having separate bassinet for each kid. All the staff members are attentive, caring, and go above and beyond to ensure my child's safety and security. I highly recommend this daycare to any parent seeking a loving and stimulating environment for their child.
