I qualified for the Canada Dental Plan and walked in to obtain treatment. Was able to get booked for a cleaning and X-rays, then returned an additional three times to get various fillings taken care of. The overall process was smooth and hassle free. Appointments begin right on time and the team is highly efficient. All the staff are kind and care about their patients and overall I had an excellent experience with the Arc Team. Strong recommend if you need to get work done. Only suggestions I would have for the office would be to: 1. Consider installing TV screens in treatment rooms up towards the ceiling 2. Consider installing small mirrors on the dental chair lights so that patients can see the work being done in their mouths

I had a great experience with my first dental visit in Canada. The doctors were professional and caring, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole appointment. 😌The cleaning was done thoroughly and gently, and I left with no worries at all. In addition, the reception staff were also very friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I truly appreciate their excellent service and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality dental care! 👍🏻
