Yesterday was my 3rd appointment with Dr. Wong. I have had great optometrists over the years but Dr. Wong is the absolutely the best. She is highly skilled, uses advanced technology, and truly cares about achieving the best outcome for her patient. The support staff are also very competent and helpful. The optician was similarly excellently trained, quick (technology helped) and pleasant. I was very pleased with my glasses and the price was quite reasonable. I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Wong and her facility!

I had such a great experience at Aurora Family Eyecare! From the moment I called to book my appointment, the girl on the phone was super friendly and helpful, answering all my questions and making it easy to book. When I came in later that day, she greeted me with the same kindness and helped me with my patient history form since this was my first time there. Honestly the best customer service I’ve had at an eye place in a long time! I also saw Dr. Raphaela, and she was amazing. I was a bit nervous going in because I had something irritating my eye for a few days, but she was so professional, reassuring, and explained everything clearly while doing a full checkup. She gave me helpful advice and examples of what could’ve caused it, and I left feeling so much better and at ease. Overall, such a welcoming and professional place — I highly recommend them!
