Great dentist, went here looking for a second opinion after a poor experience with another pediatric dentist, and couldn't be happier with my experience with Aurora Kids Dentistry. Very friendly staff, dentist explains things thoroughly, in a way that's easy to understand, listens to your concerns, and does her very best to resolve things in the best ways for your child. Highly recommend Aurora Kids Dentistry.

Would absolutely NEVER recommend Aurora Kids Dentistry to anyone I know. We brought my little one here and it was the worst experience. We were made to feel like bad parents and that we are failing our child. The dentist barely took a look at our child's teeth before telling us we were doing a bad job brushing. And a basic exam cost over $200. Looking at the other 1 star reviews I see I'm not alone in my feelings and this isn't an isolated experience.

I was referred by my childhood dentist here for my 3 year old who had several cavities/spots of decay. While the dentist seemed very knowledgeable, she was dismissive of my questions. My daughter would have to go under general anastesia and it would be quite costly so it was a big decision. She said that she would give my daughter spacing between teeth and may need to perform a procedure on the nerves. When I asked how these things would be done... she said "don't worry about it." It didn't make me feel comfortable and I ended up getting her procedure done with a pediatric dentist in Newmarket and we are pleased with how it went. Having a warm comfortable feeling is important when you're leaving your young child in the hands of professionals and I didn't find that here. There are other things that I didn't like but not as much if a big deal- they don't direct bill and not all of the consult was covered (it was 100 percent covered at the other dentist). They also underestimated the costs and said it could be much more day of which is not ideal...

My child has been a patient here for 2 years now and has had a total of 18 appointments focused on correcting bite/airway health. Dr. Ramirez and staff are amazing and have made a great impact on my child's overall health.

I went there cuz I had my retainer come off. I met Julia at th front desk. She was so warm and kind hearted. Patiently responded to my questions. Then I met Dr. Nassim and she took care of my problem right away. Her attitude was amazing. The way she treated me was absolutely the way every human being likes to be treated. I was fully satisfied with the service I received. Although when I came home I realized that the retainer was a bit big for my night guard. I booked another appointment and Julia scheduled me for the next day in a very respectful way and Dr. Nassim herself openly fixed it for me
