I know it will get expensive soon, but we've been prepared and they do have options that aren't predatory either. There are so many great orthodontist to choose from. What sets business apart is customer service. Office manager Natalia has the worst customer service and attitude I’ve ever experienced. Multiple miscommunications when booking appointments and when we try to correct her you get massive attitude and she hung up the phone on us. Juvenile behavior. I’ve never wrote a bad review because I’m sensitive to small businesses, but felt compelled to save others from having to through this.

We’ve been going to Aurora Orthodontics for about a year and a half for my daughter’s braces, and the experience has been excellent. The staff is incredibly polite and helpful, and the office is clean, modern, and well-organized. What truly stands out is Dr. Ali’s punctuality. In all our visits, he has never been late for an appointment. If we’re booked for 10:30, he’s there at 10:30—every single time. At first, I thought it was just luck, but when I asked, the staff said it’s intentional. It makes such a difference and really helps us plan our day.
