Our two children attended BTB and loved it. The teachers are caring and supportive, from baby care up to pre-kindergarten. The kids feel secure and are treated according to their individual needs. As a parent, it is essential to know your children are safe and well cared for (and having fun with friends) while you are at work.

The teachers have been incredibly nurturing and truly seem to love what they do and the children they take care of. My daughter has so much fun while learning a ton. Both our daughters went to this daycare for several years. We really can’t say enough wonderful things about Back to Basics. The daycare is clean and well organized and the walls are filled with all the kids amazing artwork. But without a doubt the best part of this daycare is the amazing staff. They are so caring and attentive to all the kiddos.

Our daughter has been attending BTB since the age of one, and it has been a wonderful experience. The team is kind and understands that not all children have the same needs. Our Lilly has grown into a very independent and creative baby who enjoys singing, dancing, crafting, and making wonderful connections with other children. I'd want to thank BTB employees, particularly Ms. Lenka, who has been caring for Lilly since the beginning; Samera, who is compassionate and kind-hearted; Maryam, who is welcoming and generous with hugs; Lisa, who is always smiling and warm; and Sherry, who is attentive and sympathetic. I wish BTB all the best in the future and continue doing what you do since your work is unequalled.

We visited this daycare in March 2025 and were excited when we got offered a spot in April for an August start. We replied on time, and while filling out the forms (less than 2 days), we asked a couple of questions. Unfortunately, when my wife asked the same question twice about the gradual entry date, Sherry Magh, the managing director responded by saying she no longer felt comfortable working with us. We apologized and sent the forms anyway, but we never heard back. As first-time parents, this whole process has been really stressful. It’s tough enough trying to find a spot on time so we could go back to work, and being ignored for just asking questions was really upsetting. To anyone considering this daycare: if you’re lucky enough to get a spot, be careful about asking too many questions!
