The exact same thing happened to my grandson, he has taken the same lessons 3 times now. The first instructor said he passed and then he didn't. If feel the as though the instructors did not fully engage in the swim and were preoccupied. I feel the swimming lesson are very unorganized and not at all beneficial to the child's self esteem. They can be greatly improved upon. That's just my perception of what I witnessed.

I don’t know how I feel about the y now, things has changed before everything was better, nicer staff and they seemed to be more caring. There was a lady named Betty who was super helpful and kind. She answered all my questions about the membership and was really sweet. Don’t know what happened to all the good staff.

Had my sons 9th birthday here, and we all had a great time! The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, clean environment, great size party room and we had a great time in the pool and treehouse area! Super reasonable rates, and good follow up before party! Would highly recommend!
