    Deep fried chicken on a bao. My only question is what quality chicken is being used? I got the ogc and the chicken was kinda grayish after being deep fried. Scary looking. Sauce tasted great! Nice bun, fluffy, fresh.

    Baomama has to be my favourite place!!!! Been supporting since their first location in Scarborough, and have been going to all the popup locations as well and have been going to the flagship location since! It was my first time at Square One's location and it never fails to amaze me everytime! Hoping for a permanent toronto location in the near future! 🤭 This meal absolutely delivered on comfort and flavour. My go to will always be the OGC and the Sago't Gulaman! Overall, it was filling, flavorful, and satisfying, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comforting yet exciting meal.

    Tried Bao Mama and it did not disappoint. Baos were super soft and tasted great. Portion size were good and the staff was very friendly. Everything on their menu was delicious. Would definitely go back.

    Food: 4.75/5 I got the Loaded mami. They did not skimp out on the toppings. It was hot when I got it. A tad bit on the salty side (for my taste) but it’s probably normal for the general population. It is on the pricier side but they did not hold back on the toppings so I think that it is justified. Still had enough leftovers to take home Service: 5/5 service was good. Person who helped me out was professional, kind, and wait time was only 10 mins. They packed it nicely, the soup/lomi did not spill even though I was walking around the mall for quite a while. Atmosphere: 5/5 good enough. They did not have their own seats but the ones available are for the entire Food District customers so I can’t really fault them for something that’s not within their control.

    Quick service and great location! I frequent square one often and I’m happy to hear that they finally opened up at food district. Always get the try pack, good deal and u get to try three different flavours !
