I highly recommend this store. The owners are super friendly & helpful. I ordered an ice cream cake for my husband's birthday. They changed the original decoration to let me decorate it with editable dollar bills and editable gold flakes. Thank uou

Was in the area doing a hike and wanted to treat the family to some nice cold treats. Got the wet n' wild sorbet, chocolate, and mint chocolate ice cream. All three flavours were delicious and just hit the spot. Note that a single scoop is pretty big for one.

The shop looks quite old and the customer service was disappointing. I ordered one scoop in a cup and another in a waffle cone — unfortunately, the ice cream tasted stale and the nuts were not crunchy, as if they had been sitting for days. The waffle cone was poorly shaped, and the ice cream sank right in. When I mentioned it to the staff, they simply said it was “handmade,” which felt like an excuse rather than an explanation. Overall, a very disappointing experience for a brand like Baskin Robbins.

This charming ice cream spot was not only clean and tidy, but also provided an exceptional customer service experience. Unlike my previous visit to the Richmond Hill location, I was greeted warmly by a friendly young lady who enthusiastically assisted me in finding a specific flavor. Her welcoming demeanor and bright smile made me feel appreciated as a customer. Even though my visit only lasted a total of 5 minutes, I left feeling content and grateful for the memorable interaction. I cannot wait to return and enjoy more of their delicious treats! The cookies and cream pizza Icecream was delicious! 😋

i'm not sure what her name was, but there was a very sweet and kind girl who helped me and my dad choose flavors to pick out. it was right after my chemistry exam and she was so incredibly sweet. i genuinely hope she gets a raise lol. amazing hire.
