  I asked my husband to pick up a birthday cake for our son and clearly told the staff we wanted Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. Instead, they gave him Cookies and Cream. My husband doesn’t eat ice cream due to lactose intolerance, so he couldn’t tell the difference and relied on the staff. When I called to fix the issue, the call was disconnected multiple times. The staff told us, “We showed you the cake, so it is what it is,” and offered zero help. My husband called back, explaining they were ruining our son’s birthday, and they still refused to apologize or offer any solution. Their only response was, “You took the cake out of the store, there’s nothing we can do.” We even spoke with the owner, and it became our word against the clerk’s. Again—no apology, no attempt to make things right. Terrible customer service. If they couldn’t take the cake back, they could have at least offered something toward buying the correct one. Clearly, they don’t care about returning customers. Avoid this store at all costs.

  Had a wonderful experience at this Baskin-Robbins location!!!The store was very clean and had a great variety of flavours to choose from. A big shoutout to the staff for their outstanding customer service..they were super friendly, patient, and made great recommendations that made our visit extra special even on a busy day. Definitely coming back again!

  I’ve been coming here 2–3 times a week for over two years and regularly buy ice cream from this place. Unfortunately, my recent experience was very disappointing. The staff member named Sushinder (as shown on his name plate) was extremely rude and refused to provide one extra disposable spoon, and was arguing with us. He was behaving as if he was doing us a personal favor rather than providing basic customer service. This was surprising and unacceptable, especially for a regular customer. Management really needs to address this behavior, as it negatively impacts the overall experience and the reputation of the place.

  Visited last week to this location to buy a cake. Ice cream cake was fresh and tasty, we thoroughly enjoyed it😍👌🏼. Sushindra and Komali were polite and welcoming, and the service was quick. The store was tidy, and we were able to taste a few flavors before selecting our ice cream cake. I loved the ambiance of the store, and there was plenty of parking available around the location.

  Sushindra was incredibly kind, respectful and amazing! Even with a last-minute request, he stayed patient, friendly, and smiling throughout. He helped us quickly choose flavors and made sure everything was perfect. Truly great customer service—highly recommend👍🍦😊
