Great costumer services. The store is open to the public. They have plenty variety of ice cream 🍦 and frozen cakes 🎂 They sale family pack of ice cream too. No public washroom available at the store. Great location inside on the plaza. Close to dollarama, bank, supermarket, LCBO. Public transportation past just in front of the plaza. The store is follow the COVID 19 health protocol 😷 you have to wear mask all the time and only 2 costumer will be inside at the same time. The store is open 7 days and during winter time.

Do better!!!!! I ordered a 3 scoop sundae on door dash and I didn’t even get two full scoops! You people are horrible! You skim everything to keep a dollar in your pocket! Basking Robbin’s wasn’t like this! Stop tarnishing the franshise reputation! I paid 9.99 plus $5 for deliver tax and fees! Only for less than two scoops! Come on man!

Nice stuff as for the place is cozy with few tables good for takeaway orders. Ice cream with a variety of flavors to choose,The location is just opposite the high school with parking available. Good place to try

We visited on a Friday afternoon with our two boys for an afternoon treat. It was surprisingly quite busy as there was constantly a flow of customers coming in and out picking up orders and cakes. We had ordered two cones with the kids scoop for the kids and then me and my husband shared a sunday. In total it came to about $20 and the staff are really nice. We ate inside the restaurant that was nice to see so many patrons come in. Highly recommended location for kids.
