Every time we go to this baskin Robbins It’s never busy, which we absolutely love. The staff is always super friendly and helpful and they don’t get annoyed if you’re indecisive and want to sample a few options. It’s also always clean, and there’s always parking and a place to sit. The only downfall is sometimes they’re out of quite a few flavours, but it’s never anything I eat so it’s fine for me, but not so much for my other family members. They also offer a dairy free option and a sugar free option, unfortunately no option with both (as our family tends to avoid sugar. & one sister is a vegan). Great location though!

So many issues with place. Very old interior, ceilings require some attention. No sign about place on main plaza shield. Ice cream is pure sugar, no real taste. But my kids loved it.

The Jamaican Almond Fudge Ice Cream Cake is the best! Highly Recommended. Staff at this location are great!

The employees was very nice and smily. She was so passionate about uor questions about ice-cream flavors and she explained it to us several times. Of course the milkshake was awesome.

The cake I ordered was supposed to be in the shape of a beer glass as represented on the website/catalog. The cake was to be of the design illustrated on the website/catalog from Baskin Robbins and I even provided the employee, the cake code. I very clearly explained to the employee, when I placed the order that the only change was to have “Happy Birthday *name*” written on the cake instead of “Dad.” However, the cake I received was completely different in shape, colour and design. The cake received at pickup was the original ice cream cake in the shape of a circle. The cake completely failed to meet the agreed-upon design. This cake was for a significant celebration, and the lack of attention to detail has been a major disappointment. I expected far better, especially after placing the order in advance to ensure ample time and accuracy with this order. I’ve emailed Baskin Robins on sept 6th and still gotten no reply 3 days later. I then called this location 3 times to speak to a manager but no manager is ever on site. So I’ve decided to go public with my horrible experience at this location. I’ve inserted photos of the cake I ordered and the cake I got!!!
