It is very annoying when the store doesn’t maintain a queue. I was the first one to walk in but they decided to be disrespectful and serve the next one. When my turn came I let them know they missed me and I was first. Recommend watching for this because this one of basic rule of customer service is to maintain a queue. Do better.

I am very disappointed with this location. As with another review I seen on here there is always issues with the lines. There is no organization to them and somehow there is always 2 lines. In addition to this, the flavour of the month was advertised (Galactic Brownie) and I was really excited to give it a try since it reminded me of my favourite childhood snack. When I went at the beginning of the month they didn't have it in stock. I figured this was because they were still waiting for it. I went back 3 more times within different weeks and each time it wasn't there. So before I went back a 4th time I called and was greeted very rudely on the phone when I asked if they have it and if they will be getting it. The woman on the phone snapped at me when I asked the second portion of the question. Overall... if you're going to advertise a flavour you should at least have it otherwise don't bother advertising it.

We got a birthday cake from this location. It was a an ice cream + cake selection. By the looks of the cake it was a fantastic job done, kids were very happy to see it. The ice cream was also good, however, the cake base was awful and ruined the experience for us all on an important day. The chocolate cake was very hard and tasted as if it was several days old. Now we were advised by the store to keep the cake in the fridge and take it out 10-15 minutes before serving. The instructions were followed and one would expect the cake should feel spongy when you run a spoon through it, cutting through effortlessly without needing to press too hard to lift a piece and take a bite and chew it with struggle. Unfortunately, nobody could eat the cake everybody just had some ice cream. We had an Ice-cream+cake ordered from another location last year which was an enjoyable experience. Idk what happened this time.

August 27, 2023 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Back at BR again, the place was abuzz with activity, but the line swiftly ebbed forward. The familiar friendliness of the staff graced our experience. With our order thoughtfully prepared, we settled indoors to indulge. A small suggestion would be to press some ice cream deeper into the cone, ensuring it doesn't become a cone-only affair towards the end. In the grand scheme, this special treat left me brimming with happiness. August 1, 2023 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Baskin Robbins Pickering is a delightful ice cream spot! My visit was on 08/01/23. The staff greeted me warmly, and the place was spotless. They have a fantastic selection of flavors. My chocolate chip cookie dough scoop was heavenly. Highly recommend!

Tried Baskin-Robbins in Canada for the first time and we were not disappointed. Staff were kind and friendly, and the best thing about the whole experience was the labels mentioned whether it was Halal Certified or not. This made it easier for us to easily select the flavor. Would definitely come back here to try out other flavors.
