I would not even want put one star for this daycare. Agnes and her mother behaved horrible with my child on the first day one hour of her being there. She was not allowed to touch any toys as it was not play time. My husband was not allowed to be with her. She cried after some time. They called him back. This was friday FEb 1 . On Monday Feb 4, They refuse to allow him and her in the facility and told to go back home claiming she was not fit for daycare and flight risk and they DID NOT HAVE LOCKS ON DOORS... NO LOCKS WITH CHILDREN AROUND IS A BIG SAFETY RISK. I believe the policy on the parent handbook is gradual entry works for 3 weeks. THEY HAVEN'T EVEN REFUNDED OUR DEPOSIT WHICH WAS PAID TWO MONTHS IN ADVANCE. These are most unreliable daycare in Burnaby.

I highly recommend Bee house to anyone looking for a safe, reliable and friendly daycare for their child. The staff is very knowledgeable. My son wanted to stay every time I went to pick him up which says a lot because he is usually nervous in new environments. He has high anxiety and they were absolutely amazing with him.
