This pet shop is rich for aquatic pets and supplies. Nonetheless, it carries a wide selection of other kinds of pets and accessories, including birds, reptiles, lizards, etc. They have lesser variety for dogs and cats. The shop is large, clean and well organized. Pets in the shop are well cared of. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Price is reasonable. Parking is limited. Overall, it is a great place for pet lovers.

I have been a long time customer, mostly tropical fish over the last decade. Recently I adopted a Lionhead Rabbit. The woman I had spoken with Ashley, was amazing. Not only did she have the animals on the floor to care for and other customers, she was mindful of my questions and was honest and attentive. While this review is very much for Big Al's, it's also for her. She was incredible and the advice and care was accurate to all my research and frankly she was just cool and you could feel how much rabbits meant to her. My beautiful bunny "Squishbert", aka "Berty", as we have named her has found a forever loving home in large part to her. Thank you Ashley for the care and attention.

Best is they keep a record of what you bought so you can ask what you bought and find out if your product is still under warranty. I also test this place like a mini zoo. I just never make it out without buying something. For my personal zoo. Hahaa

Got our 1st bunny from this location a week ago and we really appreciate that Jasmin made sure that we have all the essentials that we need before allowing us to take the bunny home. So Jasmin, if you pass by this review, please know that she is very well taken care of and is spoiled with lots of love and pets from us. The bunny was already litter trained since the day that we brought her home and is so confident that she can already free roam with supervision. Keep doing the work that you do and thank you for advocating for the animal’s well being.
