  The saying “it takes a village to raise your children” is exactly what it took to help get my son adjusted to Bizzy Buddies Daycare. All hands were on deck when I brought my son in at 3 years old in January 2023. My son had a difficult time being left alone without me and everyone from his own preschool teachers to the infant teachers, chef nonna Lucy and even the owner Natalie, were all there to help support my son get through a difficult transition. The teachers were patient, kind, understanding and used many different approaches when it came to supporting my son. They were all so wonderful to him and to me and I can’t thank them enough! Overall the experience at Bizzy Buddies has been a pleasant one. The daycare is clean and cleaned every single night. The lunch and snacks were nutritious and tasty. The progress reports were always updated. The toilet training was seamless as his teachers were on board and made that transition an easy one for us at home. The staff and teachers were all so welcoming and friendly. And his teachers always kept me in the loop if /when there was anything I needed to be updated on. Thank you Bizzy Buddies for making my sons preschool year a memorable one. Thank you for supporting him and me! We will miss you! Off to JK he goes! :)

One heartwarming moment that truly confirmed their excellence was when our child would say good night to us and sweetly call out his teachers’ names, extending his good night wishes to them as well.   I can't say enough great things about this daycare. Right from the moment they opened their doors, they were so incredibly accommodating to our little guy. They made him feel at home immediately and their experience and capabilities speak for themselves. As a parent, they have my full confidence and comfort.   I have had great experience at Bizzy Buddies Kleinberg Location. Both Ms. Natalie and Ms. Wendy worked tirelessly to help my son who have had challenges coping the daycare environment, my son felt much loved and cared, have started to show significant behaviour improvement recently. The new location has one of the best renovated rooms I ever seen in daycare facilities, teachers are very nice and patient. It feels like a big family!

  We are very happy that we chose Bizzy Buddies-Napa Valley for our 2 youngest kids this year. They've developed wonderful relationships with their teachers and their peers. They were happy to go each day which made us parents feel reassured that they were in good hands. The staff was always so incredible, welcoming, comforting and informative. The posted daily updates helped keep us in the loop with their meals, activities and naps. The director of operations, Tony, has been truly helpful all year with any questions around enrollment, updates and payment. Always honest and quick to respond. Thank you to the wonderful educators who really make this place special for our little ones. Off to kindergarten we go!
