  Our daughter started in the infant room in November 2023 and Brightpath Ellington has been nothing but wonderful experience for us! Within 3 weeks of starting, our daughter was fully adjusted, she loves seeing the educators whenever we dropped her off. We really like getting constant updates and pictures of our her throughout the day, she seems to eat well and nap well. She has also developed really well in language, speech and motor skills ever since starting! All the staff are super friendly and professional, I'm so grateful of the educators bringing their smiles every day to work and giving our daughter the same amount of love and attention we give at home, thank you so much!

  BrightPath Eglinton has been wonderful and accommodating to us. Being a first time parent and new to the daycare system, I had a lot of questions and concerns. The director was very good at communicating the process, how they can accommodate for our son's nap and food restrictions, and how they would support the transition. My son transitioned within the first month and loves BrightPath. The activities the children are exposed to surpasses what I would be able to offer at home and education is very important to me. The educators show up everyday with energy that brings a smile to children's faces. Thank you for all the care! One suggestion I would have for the entire BrightPath corporation is to try to offer various food for children of different ages. We've noticed that some infants under the age of 1 would be given foods that contain processed sugar/simple syrup so something to consider as you enroll in daycare. We love the in-house kitchen as you can smell the delicious food being made as you walk in and know that food will be freshly prepared every day for these bright little minds.

  From day one the director at the time (Shannon) made my family feel so welcomed and safe. My son has never adapted to quickly and it was all thanks to the many loving educators at the center. My son quickly formed great positive bonds with his educators. He is always so happy to arrive at daycare and never wants to leave when I pick him up. I think that speaks volumes.

  As a parent, I had high hopes for BrightPath Daycare after being impressed by their curriculum of activities. However, my experience quickly turned into a nightmare. The first red flag arose when my son sustained a lip injury while at the daycare. Shockingly, we were not informed of this incident; I only learned about it upon arriving at the school. This lack of communication and transparency raised serious concerns about the staff's experience and competence. Unfortunately, the second incident was even more alarming. My son suffered a severe injury when his front tooth was jammed into his gum, with a chipped tooth at the bottom, all occurring inside the classroom. The trauma inflicted on my son and our family cannot be overstated. We spent a torturous night in the emergency room, grappling with the pain and uncertainty. These incidents highlight the glaring lack of training and preparedness among BrightPath's staff. Every teacher appeared inexperienced and ill-equipped to handle the responsibility of caring for young children. I cannot in good conscience recommend BrightPath to any parent seeking a safe and nurturing environment for their child. I am sharing this review in the hope that other parents will be spared from similar ordeals. I will soon be posting photographic evidence of my son's injuries to provide undeniable proof of the dangers lurking within BrightPath Daycare. Parents, please heed this warning and seek alternative childcare options where your child's safety is assured....

  My experience with BrightPath has been exceptional. From day one, I felt safe and confident leaving my daughter in their care. The team is incredibly attentive, caring, and professional, always ensuring that each child receives the best possible attention. The facilities are clean and secure, with a welcoming environment that makes my daughter feel right at home. I also love how they incorporate educational and recreational activities that stimulate her development and creativity. Communication with parents is excellent, and I’m always kept informed about her progress and any updates. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to trust BrightPath.
