Couldn’t even replace my glue properly on my wire for maintenance- broke after 1 week. I follow up and she says my wire is faulty and I need a whole new wire I go to my dentist and he put new glue on and said wire is fine I also paid $300 out of pocket for a new retainer. It didn’t fit properly and she starts telling me I just need to get used to how the new retainer moves my teeth. 1/5. Would never come back to this scam. The guy before this new ortho that worked here was a million times better. Save ur money, go to the 5 competitors 3 minutes away. Find someone competent. Ridiculous.
