  I’ve been a loyal patient of this clinic for more than 5 years, but after my recent experience, I’m honestly shocked by how they treat long-time clients. I tried to book an appointment recently, couldn’t get through, so I left a voicemail. No one bothered to call back. When I followed up the next day, the receptionist’s attitude was completely unacceptable. Instead of apologizing for not returning my call, she flipped the conversation, dragged up old appointment cancellations from years ago (which were already resolved), and flat-out refused to book any future appointments for me. Her tone was rude, dismissive, and downright disrespectful. It felt like I was being punished for simply expressing disappointment. After years of trusting this clinic with my care, being spoken to this way was beyond insulting. It’s disappointing to see a place I once recommended to others lose all sense of professionalism and basic courtesy. If this is how they now treat loyal patients, I can’t imagine how they treat new ones.

  I switched to this dentist, I found the staff to be happy and pleasant communicators. When we were booking appointments we did need to do some digging into schedules; but they were patient and friendly with getting it done at a time that works for me. Nice work on the customer service! Most recently I brought my kids here, and I kindly asked if we could change from the news channel to anything else, and they were so flexible and understanding. From a cleaning point of view I found the hygienists to be friendly, mindful of mess around the mouth, and addressing liquid build up in my mouth and ensured I was not drowning in the water and saliva which routinely occurs during cleanings. Their explanations regarding my oral health were clear and thorough when I asked follow on questions. It was hand that, in the days leading up to the appointment I received automated text messages reminding me of the date and time as these things can slip your mind. The waiting room is clean and comfortable and they took me in moments after I arrived. I appreciate that I show up for an appointment and they are always ready. Milton has no shortage of dentists and I found the team at Bronte Hill Dental Care has provides a great experience. Parking out front was easy and convenient. Nice work!
