  I would like to share and acknowledge my great experience with Burger Factory in Square One. My last visit was neat thanks to a great customer service by Mahmoud! I ordered a burger with a soda and the guy working there suggested a combo. I kindly refused to order the combo explaining to him that I am not a big fan of their french fries because the last time I tried them they were not good at all. He then offered me french fries and they were crunchy and delicious few minutes later he brought me another sample of french fries and they were even more delicious. With that Burger Factory Square One won a loyal customer and I highly recommend it to everyone and I would like to thank Mahmoud for his great customer service

  I cannot prove that I got a food bourne illness from the Square One Burger Factory location on March 2nd 2026 but here are the facts. 1) Drove to the location and ordered take out. 2) The following morning watery diarrhea. 3) Abdominal discomfort has persisted 6 days later and is still ongoing. 4) I have personally never had this type of illness before. 4) I had not eaten any food I did not personally prepare the preceding week before I consumed their food. I am disappointed and angry with this experience. I spent $48 for two burgers a fry and onion ring. The fries were good. One of the 5 onion rings received was so thick that the batter inside was raw. No quality control. The Cheese Lucy burger came without any cheese at all. The Juicy Lucy on fire had some peppers inside the patty which was about the size of a small grape. A Joke. The meat proportions were a complete rip off for the price. I will stick with Burgers Preist and Burger Brothers for higher end burgers. I also witnessed a number of food delivery and walk in patrons wait up to 5 minutes to have their order taken at the counter. Seems this night was very poorly managed and staffed not to mention a poorly timed complete shift change at 5.30 PM making my wait 30+ minutes.

  I love their burgers, I would recommend trying the Nashville hot chicken burger and the Volcano chicken burger. All the burgers are amazing but these two are my personal favourites. Thank you Mahmoud for suggesting me great options from the menu always.

  I watched the girl use her hand to pick her nose.Pick things up off the floor then when I asked her to change her gloves, she got upset. I don't want her to make my food.I'm asking for a refund.I'm told I have to post a review about my bad reception here before I can get a refund.

  I recently visited first time here and I must say the burger was absolutely delicious – juicy, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor! The presentation and taste really stood out, definitely one of the best I’ve had in a while. On top of that, I want to give a special mention to Kiran, who served me.She was so polite, attentive, and made sure I had everything which I needed with a warm smile. Her friendly attitude made the experience even better. Great food and excellent service – I’ll surely be coming back
