I initially felt good about enrolling my child at Crescendo Daycare in FEBRUARY and paid a $1,200 non-refundable deposit to secure a spot for SEPTEMBER this year. Plans later changed, and I made the decision in APRIL to keep my son at his current daycare until he transitions to a new Montessori program that is closer to home and to avoid the disruption of two daycare transitions in just a short period of time (he will start the new one in December). While they responded eventually (mentioning that they’re traveling in Asia until the end of May, hence lack of a prompt response) — citing that the spot was held and that they now need to reopen registration — there was no willingness to meet halfway. Even a 50% refund would’ve been reasonable considering the spot will likely be filled quickly as most daycare CENTERS do, and it’s a free $600 for them doing nothing except sending a few emails. Policies are one thing, but flexibility and fairness matter — especially for vulnerable families making tough childcare decisions months in advance. I would have appreciated more understanding and accountability.. $1200 is a lot to take from anyone. The only option they gave me was for my son to attend the few months so that I don’t lose the deposit, why would I even continue giving your greedy company money if this was the outcome? Truly disgusted by this company who is supposed to care for families and their children.

Wonderful Start for My Child My child started here just a couple of months ago, and we are super happy with the experience so far. The staff are professional, caring, and welcoming. My child even knows each teacher by name and talks about how much they like them — a true sign of how comfortable and happy they feel here.

★★★★★ – Excellent Staff and Caring Environment I couldn’t be happier with the care my child receives here. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child’s well-being and development. Communication is clear and consistent, and I always feel confident that my child is safe, happy, and engaged in meaningful activities. Their dedication and kindness make this daycare feel like a second home.

We had a terrible experience with this childcare center. My son was only 2.5 years old, and the team showed a serious lack of consistency and preparation. Teachers changed constantly, and the last one clearly wasn’t qualified to care for young children. My son came home multiple times with injuries because the teacher couldn’t properly supervise even the small group she had. IMO, this level of neglect is unacceptable for a childcare facility. To this day, my son doesn’t even like walking past the place — that says everything about the kind of experience he had there.
