Most well maintained ODR in North Bay. Great to have an indoor space to change and also washrooms are a plus.

The parking lot was well maintained (in icy conditions) it's a good building for holding smaller events.

Grandson held birthday party in hall. All went well . Would be nice to see the City spring a little bit to spruce the aging facility a bit

Cheap hall with enough space, toys for kids also available. Only issue was the floor is somewhat filthy and stained along with some of the tables and chairs.

Nice playground always quite wasrooms on site and a nice hill in the winter for tobogganing not too fast and not too slow good for little kids and very close to a bus stop
