What parents say

Pat is very friendly and compassionate. He worked very hard to make sure my 86 year old mom had dentures in time for a big family event. The receptionist (I forget her name, but with the curly hair) Is absolutely fantastic; caring and knowledgable! I would absolutely recommend both of them.

The dental hygienist was very nice. I believe her name is Lorraine. On 2 occasions, she asked if I wanted to take a break. I was never asked that before by any previous hygienist. She complemented me twice on how impressed she was on how I kept my teeth clean. She made me feel comfortable. I’ve been attending the same dental clinic for 4 decades.

5/5 stars! My recent dentist appointment was a pleasant and positive experience. I was very satisfied with the service, and the staff were professional and efficient. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. Highly recommend!

The staff are friendly and skilled. Their primary receptionist is a gift; she's probably responsible for a huge number of word-of-mouth references. Both their dentists are skilled and careful. They made me feel comfortable, and were thorough and careful in creating and executing a dental "care plan", despite the fact that I'm on ODSP, which, I now realize, has caused other dentists to be more parsimonious and careless with previous dental care than was necessary. Instead they planned how to get preventive work done under the coverage I have while they simultaneously dealt with the backlog that had accumulated in my mouth since COVID and my last dentist moving combined to create a gap in treatment. They encouraged me to apply for the Canada Dental Insurance Plan, so that if one set of insurance didn't cover something necessary, the other likely would. They also found a way to bill ODSP such that they were able to fix things I'd been putting up with for 25-30 years. Getting them dealt with was a huge cosmetic improvement as well as likely preventing the future loss of my top front teeth. The one problem is the building they're in isn't accessible. They're on the second floor and there's no elevator. It's not their fault, but take it into consideration if you have mobility issues. I chose this clinic based entirely on good Google reviews and proximity to my building. As it turns out, they're the best dentists I've ever had. I highly recommend them.
