We started our soon at CPCCS when he was six months old. We were nervous about the transition as I'm sure all parents are, but everything has been great. The facility and staff are incredible and we have nothing but great things to say about CPCCS. We love it here!

Very mediocre experiences here. The one being when I had to go through the whole passport ideal. Expect to wait for a long time before you get called up. The staff for the most part werew friendly. From the other reviews I read, I guess it's hit or miss. Seems I lucked out. But the wait times were extremely long and agonizing.

Our 2 year old daughter went there for almost a year. In the beginning everything seemed right until she moved to room 3 with Alyssa, Karyl, Arushi. The ratio educator-child was not ok: we had 13 incident reports in less than 3 months. One time she even fainted in the morning and let me know until I picked her up in the afternoon. When we brought it up to Amelyn she said that our expectations were too high and that maybe we needed to hire a nanny. Our daughter was even bitten by another child and she had a black eye, she was being a victim of bullying. We understand incidents will happen but 2- 3 in a week?? They do NOT take care of children properly. On one occasion, with another incident report Alyss told me.about it laughing, Amelyn was there. KARYL YELLED AT my husband once in front of everyone. Amelyn, instead of investigate she decided to accuse us of lack of trust on the educator and kicked our daughter out. You can find the report posted publicly.
