  I had an extremely bad experience with this company. I get that it's a non-profit, but I've never had a worse experience with a company that I had with this one. I chose a home daycare (who was new to being a home daycare) because it was provided through Mothercraft and had the worst experience with that person and Mothercraft didn't do anything. Lucky for me, I found another home daycare through another company and have had a great experience and my son is very happy now. I'm still surprised by what a poor experience it was. I hadn't realized that Mothercraft really does view their home daycare's as independent contractors, hence why they didn't do much.

  I have had a great experience with the home childcare advisors and the home providers. It's been difficult trying to find a space for my child. I got lucky with my advisor as she told me a new provider was just opening. I was able to get my son in there and he is doing amazing. The process was very quick and simple to get him registered. I am so thankful for how helpful they have all been and highly recommend them to anyone!!

  Fantastic and wonderful staff. We have been so impressed with how well they care, engage, play, speak and deal with our son and his classmates. The part time infant and toddler rooms have been amazing - so many to name - and we were concerned about day care in general before we started but we are so happy we get to see Mothercraft. Everyone is welcoming from the front desk staff to the folks in other rooms. Highly recommend.

  Used to be one of the most highly regarded daycares in the city with parents driving in their children from as far as Orleans but things have gone down hill this year. Unfortunately there was lack of transparency with how children were being treated by those with special needs and behavioral issues. To add, all townhalls have been cancelled for sometime so there was no outlet for parents to voice concerns and very little communication from management. Many parents have pulled their children out as a result and I expect more will follow suit. I think if the staff had better support and training for how to deal with the changing landscape of education, ie neurodiversity amoung children, then much of what has transpired over the last year could have been avoided. For the safety of both child and educator, I would not recommend mothercraft at this time. The educators they do have are doing their absolute best however they are burnt out and will continue to be until management or the board makes some much needed changes.
