The worst carters ever. They make you feel guilty when you come for return. Staff picked special for this place. Not welcoming the customer; you feel to leave from this store immediately. Vaughan mills Carters store is the best place. Welcoming staff and smiling faces.

And a New Baby girl arriving in August .This Aurora Outlet is the Only place I Shop .With all of these little ones.. I wouldn’t shop any where else . The Staff , All of them Are Amazing!! Thanks

Wow, what amazing service. We barely made it before closing time but Meghan at the front door knew I had called a little earlier and was on my way. I went straight to cash to return many items form our online purchases. Victoria patiently clearly three bags worth of orders and still had a minute to run and and get two sister related items for my nieces (6 months and 6 years). She knew exactly what I was looking for and knew the trouble I had experienced trying to order something similar online. During this time Meghan helped my wife find shorts and t-shirts for our 4 year old son. What a deal, we left with 7 days worth of outfits for less than $70 taxes in! The entire time we weee helped with friendly smiles (yes, you can tell, even with masks). Highly recommend this location for their exemplary service (and low prices).
