I had a very unpleasant experience with a price adjustment at this store involving associate 266167. Her reluctance and visible displeasure were quite surprising, and despite being advised by another associate to honor the online prices, she continued to argue. This situation left me questioning her level of training and customer service skills. I was still within my return period and could have easily returned everything, but I was simply asking for an adjustment, which in my opinion shouldn’t have been such a chaotic event!
