  I visited this location first time. It was too crowded. I couldn’t find what I was looking for but may visit again. Although long lines were at the cash registers I received excellent customer service from Christina. She was able to smile at all times and willing to help and answer all the questions genuinely!

  Carter’s Dixie Outlet is hands down my favourite spot for my baby! Ever since my little one was born, almost every single outfit he owns has been from Carter’s and especially from this Dixie store. We honestly don’t even go to any other store anymore! The collection here is always amazing. Well organized, adorable styles, and great deals every time we visit. But what truly makes this store special are the people. Donna is an absolute gem... so welcoming, pleasant, and genuinely kind. She greets everyone with such warmth that you instantly feel like family the moment you walk in. She always remembers customers, takes time to help pick the right sizes or outfits, and makes shopping such a happy experience. Christina is another wonderful staff member.. super sweet, helpful, and patient. She goes out of her way to make sure we find exactly what we’re looking for and always has a cheerful smile that brightens the day. Together, Donna and Christina make this store feel more like a community than just a shop. Their customer service, friendliness, and care for families truly set this Carter’s apart. Highly recommend this location to all parents..Not just for the collection or deals but for the amazing people who make every visit so special! 💕

  I had Donna serving me this Saturday and She was amazing! When I explained what I'm looking for she walked through with me and showed different options. Thank you Donna! This store is very crowded but they're working in team spirit; serving friendly, smiling and also supporting each other. It was also surprising to see their very young team leader Fatima and her proficiency in supporting her team. It seems this store will be one of my favour although it is not close to me!

  Visited this place today, found great deals on baby&infant clothing. Staff members go above and beyond to provide best deals possible especially Vaishali. Thumbs up 👍 for her efforts and customer service. Looking forward to visit again. Thank you Vaishali !!
