Worst customer service. I have visited different stores, the representatives by far were so friendly and guiding. But in this store, they were so rude and were making non sense expressions when I asked to guide me for few products.

I have to say if you want great customer service by woman that love what they do and take pride in making the customer experience great, please visit this store and ask for Alpana or Jenn. These two woman’s ladies made me enjoy back school shopping for my little one.

On April 19th I was doing some last minute running around for Easter shopping for my grandkids and decided to stop in to the store the young sales clerk could definitely tell I was in need of some help LOL and she approached and asked if I needed a hand when I told her what I was looking for she was very quick and efficient to show me different examples and assisted me on picking out two really cute little outfits... in times like now when everything is costing a fortune and everybody seems to be in a mood it was nice to come across somebody professional but also friendly to assist me... I asked for the young lady's name so that I could put it in my review and she introduced her herself as Jenn... If you have not already tried this store I would suggest making your way there it was an incredible experience and I will definitely return...
