What parents say

  • Rupert A.

A large store with many items for babies, toddlers and children. The prices are very reasonable with many items on sale or discounted. Since there is a large, free parking lot and many other nearby stores, this is a very convenient location.

  • Jen Storie

This particular location always has a great selection of clothes and goodies for littles. The store is big enough for a stroller to easily fit through the aisles. The staff are always so friendly and helpful.

A different and higher price rang up at the cashier. Asked about it, but the staff basically told me to pay the wrong price. Then someone else honored it, but told me that it’s a final sale after I paid. Also lectured me on how they’re being nice in honoring the price marked on the item. Twisted customer service philosophy. Will not shop there again.

I planned a visit on a Thursday evening to pick up something last minute for swim lessons starting the next day. Showed up around 6pm and the doors were locked. The sign at the door clearly stated they were open until 8pm. I went to a nearly shop for a bit and came back just to make sure I hadn’t missed something, but it was still locked. The phone number just rings until it turns into high pitched noises. I hope this is a one-off, but it really wrecked our plans.

  • Ghassan Shamseddine

Very mean saleswoman working there. She was rude. Short dark hair lady. My wife was there today trying to return and exchange stuff we bought for my daughter. She refused to refund saying that they changed the policy. Or the only option to refund was on the reduced price despite the fact that we had a receipt showing the price we paid. All could have been fine if the person was polite. The problem was the attitude.
