I enjoy shopping for my kids here But my experience with this one employee on Thursday, March 14 2023 really disappointed me. She an elderly lady with short grey hair, she’s rude and disrespectful. I literally help my self and when ask 1 question she acts up as if I burden her. And it’s not the first time. Management should speak to her about customer service skills .

It would be beneficial if the management could work on being more upfront and open about such things. Secondly, there were instances where I felt the store manager was not attentive to customer needs. It's important for a manager to be approachable and responsive, which can enhance the overall shopping experience. I understand that trust issues can be complex and multifaceted, and it's possible that there may be reasons for these concerns that I am unaware of. Nevertheless, I believe that addressing these issues openly and actively working to build trust with customers would greatly benefit the store. I hope that my feedback is taken in the spirit of improvement, and I look forward to seeing positive changes in the future. The clothing selection and varieties are good, however, this associate named Chioma is the rudest person you would come across. I have reached out to Carter's customer relations team about the incident. This associate should stay home if she does not enjoy working at the store.

I don’t like this location. Too nosy. They look at you like you’re a thief every time. I come in with winners bags because it’s right beside there and honestly - just search them, don’t give me the look and ask why I left without any purchase. I have social anxiety and this kind of stuff makes me blast in tears .
