FUTURE PARENTS BEWARE!! Our experience with this daycare was very disappointing. We were clearly told that families would only be contacted once a spot became available for their child. However, after being invited for an admission interview and tour—which we promptly confirmed and scheduled weeks in advance—the daycare cancelled just two days before the appointment because they have given our spot to a family who “has been on the waitlist for over a year” It’s disheartening to see such poor organization and lack of accountability from a place that should prioritize clear communication and respect for families’ time. It feels like they value more on generating revenue than on genuinely supporting children’s early development.

My child has been coming here since baby class all the way to graduation. All the staff and teachers have been amazing and my child loves it here! Even though we live in Vancouver, we still continued coming here because my child loves here that much! In addition to the CEFA theme days, there's also field trips (berry picking, pumpkin patch, ikea visits) which are unique to this location! I am so impressed by how much my child has learned and grown in the past 3.5yrs! The class set up and daily schedule resembles elementary school, so kids get used to that routine at a young age. The teachers also did a great job preparing the kids for kindergarten so that the transition is as smooth as possible! Thank you for a great 3.5 yrs Cefa Jacombs! I am honestly sad to say bye to this amazing community of friends and families!

Our baby went there for a year in the Baby class and LOVED it! She had an amazing time there, the teachers were kind, patient, and great. She learned so much there and loved all her teachers and the staff!

Our son started attending CEFA in 2022 and recently graduated to Kindergarten. Our daughter started in JK Baby in March 2025. All of the teachers and support staff exude patience, kindness and expertise in ECE. My kids were excited to go and I was excited to see what they learned through frequent updates in the app and at the end of the day! Their program is structured and their attention to detail has been amazing. They were well fed and cared for. Both my kids have anaphylactic allergies and I never once worried for them. The administrative staff at CEFA Jacombs endeavour to include extra perks like beautiful digital photos via Dropbox, themed events and choreographed holiday parties. We continued to put up with the Knight street bridge from Vancouver to Richmond because CEFA Jacombs made a significant impact on our lives and to our children's learning. We had an amazing experience in every aspect of care, and hope you will too!
