It’s easy to fake a review and let someone write you a good review! This was a very disappointing experience with this daycare. I found the environment to be quite unhygienic, and after raising concerns, the situation was handled very unprofessionally. Instead of having a calm and respectful conversation, the owner became hostile and raised their voice, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. As a parent, I believe concerns about children’s health and safety should be taken seriously and handled with professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would not recommend this daycare to other families looking for a safe and supportive environment for their children.

My daughter has gone here 3 days a week for over a year now. She enjoys it a lot. It has also been great for her to be around so many other kids, in a positive learning environment.

We enrolled both our daughters— and received wonderful service from them for several years until they were old enough not to need it anymore. Louise has been amazing, fostering a warm, friendly environment that were very treasured by our girls. We have always felt very fortunate to have connected our girls to this centre. She helped especially prepare our youngest in the transition into kindergarten.
