Ive been to this location around 4 times. Its a good meeting place for my friends and I because we all come from different cities to have chai together. 4 times out of 4 I have asked for an item and they did not have it. Today I asked for four different items, they did not have 1. Ordered a LARGE chai, took forever to come out, I got a SMALL. It was not remotely hot...maybe warm and cost $7.50 after tax and tip. If you cant even make your namesake right, your days are numbered. 💯 Will not return again.

Their tea has always been great, but ever since the management changed and came under a new umbrella, their food menu has expanded with an impressive variety. And with the addition of Dirty Chai, their Karak Coffee is now absolutely outstanding.

Came in to get chai and Philadelphia cheese filled paratha. Was told they dont sell Philadelphia cheese paratha anymore. So, I ordered the karak chai and chicken tikka paratha. Chai was meh, it was so mediocre. The paratha was full of flavour but it was so empty with little to no filling which was disappointing!! Not the biggest fan of this place but really love the ambiance.

Stopped by Chaiiwala of London – Erin Mills recently and had their karak chai with samosa, and honestly, it hit the spot. The karak chai was strong and flavourful, just the way it should be — not diluted, not overly sweet, and served hot. You can really taste the tea and spices, which is rare these days. The samosa was fresh, crispy on the outside and well-spiced inside, not oily or soggy, which made it a perfect pairing with the chai. The place has a nice desi café vibe — casual, lively, and comfortable. It does get busy, especially in the evening, but that’s expected and actually adds to the atmosphere. Seating is decent and the place was clean when I visited. Service was quick and polite, even with the crowd. Prices are reasonable for the quality and portion size. Overall, it’s a great spot if you’re craving proper chai and a quick snack, or just want to sit and unwind for a bit. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more items from the menu.

Chaiiwala of London – Erin Mills is a great spot to enjoy chai and snacks. I stopped by for a pink chai while visiting the area and really liked the experience. The layout is similar to other Chaiiwala locations, but this one has booth seating, which makes it a bit more comfortable. Drinks were well made, and the service was friendly and efficient. A nice addition to the Erin Mills area for anyone craving authentic chai.
