The service is amazing here. All staff are super friendly and attentive, but sadly the food was a let down. The meats are very thinly sliced and too lean so when you grill it, it becomes very dry. The meat selection is wide, but they aren’t marinated enough so it doesn’t taste like your typical kbbq. There are sauces on the table but even those feel flavourless.

We celebrated Valentine’s Day at Chako Barbecue in Aurora and had a wonderful experience. The service was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff ensuring we had everything we needed. The food was fresh and delicious, offering a wide variety of meats and seafood for grilling, as well as sushi options. The cozy atmosphere made our evening special and memorable. We had such an amazing experience at Chako, and Edison truly made our night unforgettable! From the moment we sat down, he was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. He had such a positive energy and made us feel genuinely cared for the entire time. Edison was knowledgeable about the menu, gave excellent recommendations, and made sure everything came out perfectly. He checked in at just the right moments without ever being intrusive. It’s rare to find service that feels both professional and personal at the same time but he absolutely nailed it. Because of Edison, our experience went from great to exceptional. We’ll definitely be coming back, and we hope to have him as our server again!

It was my first time at Chako (Aurora), and it definitely won’t be my last! The food was delicious, and the service truly went above and beyond. Not only is it all-you-can-grill, but they even gave us a takeaway steak and rice box! It’s those little touches that really make a difference.
