    Absolutely unreal service and hospitality! We were visiting from Quebec and stopped on our way. What a treat! The whole staff went above and beyond to help our family get settled and enjoy our meal. The sandwiches were incredible! Fries too. Also had a peach frosted shake and it was absolutely amazing. Merci a tous!

    This was my first time trying Chick-fil-A. I ordered a chicken hamburger and really liked the packaging — instead of a regular paper wrapper, it came in a foil-lined package, which I think helps keep the food warm better. The waffle fries were also interesting; I liked their unique shape. They offer a variety of sauces, but I actually preferred the sandwich without any — the original flavor was tasty enough on its own.

    Chick-Fil-A at the Square One location is clean, fresh, and the service was great. I got the spicy deluxe sandwich, and it was honestly very delicious. They definitely could have put in more waffle fries, as they looked to be partially empty. Luckily my girlfriend gave me a few more to make it look fuller for the picture. Because the total went over $25, they had a spin-the-wheel to get a free item! I won a chocolate chip cookie!! I do wish they offered more seating, but not to worry, as the food court has additional seating outside of the restaurant.

    I’m very disappointed with the quality of the food at this Chick-fil-A location today. The chicken sandwich barely had a piece of chicken in it, and the portion was much smaller than what Chick-fil-A usually serves. Service was fine on time and at the mall atmosphere is fine too. One of the reasons people trust Chick-fil-A is because the brand is known for consistency and high standards across all of its franchise locations. Unfortunately, this restaurant did not meet those expectations. If this is a franchise, it should still be following the company’s quality and portion standards. I hope management reviews their preparation and quality control, because this experience was far below what customers normally expect from Chick-fil-A.

    Had Chick-fil-A sandwich after 5 years .. consistency is the key here.. nothing has changed , same flavors, same textures served to you with lots of love ! This business knows how to impress chicken lovers .. took me and my wife back in the memory lane when we used ti enjoy the same sandwich in Texas ..
