Visited Chocolato on a snowy weekday with my excited kid and had a wonderful experience. The owners were warm and welcoming, patiently explaining the chocolate sauces and engaging with my child. The cozy ambience and delicious fondue made us feel right at home. Even our complicated order was handled with a smile. Highly recommend!

Visited this place for the first time and was not disappointed at all. I absolutely loved the waffle and the hot chocolate… they were incredibly delicious. The hot chocolate was especially rich and creamy, truly a treat. The cherry on top was the wonderful owners, who were so kind and welcoming, serving everything with genuine warmth and a happy heart.

Found this place after grabbing dinner with a friend further up the street. So glad we stumbled upon it! We were amazed at how many dessert options they had. Lots of choices for waffles, ice cream, hot chocolate, sundaes etc. I already want to go back to try their other menu items. I ordered the crunchy hazelnut hot chocolate with royalty treatment. It was delicious and I loved the presentation of it. The best part about the visit was the owners. The couple was so genuine and friendly. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had.
