Had our event at Chuck.E.Cheese North York and it was a blast! We had the ultimate package and it didn't disappoint. Our 5 year old birthday boy was very pleased with his special birthday event. Our hostess (Anika) was superb! She went above and beyond for us to ensure we were super eased during the event, our son and his friends enjoyed their day to the fullest, and ensuring the birthday boy truly had a special day. From having all the game passes ready to go when we arrived, to getting us to our seats and evening helping us with serving our guests their food and cake! I chose North York over Whitby, as it seemed more clean and coordinated. The games seemed to be better well maintained. Glad we went there. Great event hosting for the younger ages.

First time going 2 a Chuck E Cheese! I wanted to see the animatronic band. Food was good. Place was a little run down but I still loved it! Wish my parents brought me hear as a kid

Excellent experience here for a summer treat! We went during the day at opening hours to avoid the rush. People are friendly and the games were fun. Unfortunately a small portion of games were not working at the time. It gets busy closet to 12pm and happened to be multiple parties here. But overall expected great experience.

Such a fantastic Legacy location for their animatronics! had a birthday party for 3 adults for my birthday and they were incredibly accommodating for us :)

I briefly visited in August 2025 as I heard it was one of the only location left in Ontario with the full animatronic band and just had to see them in person. I would definitely visit again, as long as the full band remains! I miss the concept of sit down pizzeria arcades with a show, even if the animatronics themselves don’t move like they used to
