It was my wife 40th birthday and being foodies I had to make it memorable. When I contacted Chef Jay he was able to accommodate a last minute booking even tho we live north of Toronto and the whole process was seamless. Chef Jay asked me the type of cuisine I would prefer and customized our menu to perfection. Chef Jay showed up on time with everything he needed and let me tell you the experience was surreal. You can count on Chef Jay to create an amazing atmosphere and the food was to perfection even with hard judges he exceeded our expectations by a long shot and btw he cleaned everything, we literally sat down and enjoyed our 4 course meal. I would highly recommend Chef Jay for your next event anywhere in the Greater Toronto Area. Thank you Chef Jay for being the best private chef in the Toronto area!

Jay was supportive throughout the experience, helping us tailor our menu, offering advice on presentation, food delivery and had excellent resources for us when planning the aesthetic of the dinnerware. The day of our wedding, his staff were on the floor with smiles, professionalism and amazing food. We had multiple people approach us to say it was the best wedding food they ever had!
