Do not book for birthdays it’s expensive for nothing. The staff are unhelpful. I’m not really sure what they are doing besides dealing with transactions & shoes. No proper service for food. Portions are small for the price & food is really bad. They didn’t wanna provide plates for the amount of people/food we bought. No specified bar tender, it’s just a mess. So yeah don’t come here if you have a large amount of people or celebrating a birthday. Try Splitsville bowl if anything. I had my birthday there a year ago & had way better service & bowling experience.

Great place we came at night around closing and it wasn’t very packed lots of availability. The area is well kept and clean and there are a variety of balls to pick from. I felt I preferred the way splitsville integrated the bumpers so for younger people like my brother usually use bumpers so they were having trouble

In this age of screen times and doom scrolling, this is a great place for the whole family to have fun.

It’s a fine place for walk-in however trying to reserve lanes was a pretty terrible experience. They will call you to get a deposit and you better hope you have your card ready because that’s the only chance you get. I was called on Wednesday to pay the deposit to reserve the lane but I was driving and couldn’t provide my card number. Was told to call back and that it’s no problem… Must have called 20/30 times over the next 2 days trying to pay it. Left messages, email and no reply. So if you’re booking lanes for a special occasion, do it somewhere else bc if you miss that call you’ll have to go elsewhere anyways. Ended up booking at another place with an online portal to reserve.
